Terms & Conditions

General
Your order to purchase goods is taken as an offer to purchase goods in accordance with our conditions of sale “the Contract” These conditions apply to customers within the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or over and by entering into a contract with us, this is taken as confirmation that this is true. These conditions along with any description and prices, appearing on our website form a contract between us. 

Acceptance of your order and availability of goods
All orders are accepted subject to availability and in the event that we are unable to supply the goods, you will be informed immediately and advised of a suitable alternative, or that we are unable to accept your order in which case there will be no contract between us. 

Prices
Prices for goods are as specified on the website or as detailed on any promotional offers and then valid at the date of order. 

VAT
All prices shown are exclusive of Value Added Tax which will be charged at the current rate.

Payment 
Payment can be made by credit or debit card or by cheque in which case delivery will be made following clearance of the cheque.

Delivery of goods
Whilst we will make every effort to achieve prompt delivery within the advised time scales, we will not be liable for any loss or damage occasioned by delay in despatch, or delivery, howsoever caused.

All delivery times and dates quoted are approximate and we will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated and in any event within 30 days of accepting your order. Where goods are subject to availability we will notify you of any foreseen delays in which case should you wish to, you are entitled to cancel your contract and you will be reimbursed in full within 30 days. 

· Delivery is free within mainland UK on orders over £40 excluding vat
· All orders below £40 excluding vat incur a delivery cost of £4.95 plus vat.

Return and Refund of goods 
We will refund or replace any goods subject to the following conditions,

1. You must notify us of your intention to return goods within 5 working days of you receiving the goods.
2. We must receive the goods back within 30 days of you receiving the goods.
3. Goods are to be returned in good condition.
4. Damage in transit or partial loss from a consignment must be notified to us immediately after delivery and confirmed in writing within 3 days.
5. Any returns are at your own risk and refunds will be made within 30 days of the goods being received (exclude the initial delivery charge). 

Responsibility for goods
Responsibility for the goods shall pass to you on delivery.

Errors or omissions
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that all information on this website and in our communications to you are accurate, complete and up to date, any errors or omissions are subject to correction without liability on our part.

Descriptive matter
Descriptive matter, illustrations, estimates of performance, dimensions and weights contained on this website are to be regarded as being for guidance only our policy is one of continuous improvement and our right to change designs at any time without notice is reserved.

English Law
These conditions shall in all respects be constructed and operate in accordance with English Law and the Purchaser hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts but without prejudice to the right of the Company to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction it thinks fit.
